Abstract

The objective of the research is to show the role of custom at the level of questions of judgments in the Imamiyya school. It was first presented to demonstrate the role of custom at the theoretical level, whether its role in the process of determining the subjects of jurisprudential judgments, or its role in proving and negating the verification of subjects at the outside. Then was the practical part, especially at the level of new judgments, mentioning applied models who practiced the theoretical side of this research. The research was organized as follows:

The first requirement: the nature of the custom.

The second requirement: The role of custom in the subjects of judgments at the Imamiyyah.

The third requirement: Applications of custom in the research of contemporary subjects at the Imamiyyah.
